LiUNA-Trained. Fully Certified.
All NTSM flagging personnel and crew members complete LiUNA-endorsed certification training as a minimum standard for field deployment. This certification covers OTM Book 7 compliance, flagging techniques, hazard recognition, and emergency protocols — ensuring every crew member is prepared for the realities of Ontario's high-traffic work zones.
Ongoing training and annual recertification are mandatory for all field staff. NTSM maintains comprehensive training records and makes certification documentation available to project managers and municipal clients on request.
